“Senses” Clearwell Castle Wedding {Rachel & Bradley}
Congratulations to the Rachel and Bradley as they celebrated in the most elegant way at their Clearwell Castle Wedding.
The day started for us as Jonny and I went to say hello to the couple, who were in separate areas if the castle. Bradley was in the gatehouse at the very base of the castle entrance and Rachel was in the Keepers Cottage. I must say asides from a tie dillemma for the boys, everything was a vision of calm on both sides.
Once Rachel and her Bridal Party moved into the Bridal suite upstairs in the castle itself, all that was left to do was to touch up makeup and get into the dress. Meanwhile Bradley was making his way to St. Peter’s Church in the heart of Clearwell village and stopped and chatted and embraced his friends and family who were gathering there ready for the ceremony.
Rachel was going to arrive in style, and as you can see, a dual horse and carriage accompanied her and her Father as they made their way down to the church.
Once everyone was in the church and ready, Bradley made his way to the top of the church and prepared to view his soon-to-be wife as she entered the church. After a couple of readings, vows, promises and a celebratory kiss, the couple were wed and they celebrated by walking through a shower of confetti.
They then made their way into the horse and carriage to head back up to the castle. Phil from Lens Monkey was the photographer on the day and its always a pleasure working with him. After a few portrait photo and group shots, the couple then headed into their wedding breakfast and after a wonderful three-course meal, we were then treated to three speeches as well as Rachel’s Grandpa who wanted to say a few words of celebration.
The guests and the couple then headed downstairs and danced the night away as the couple had their first dance.
A wonderful day. Thank you so much for asking us to capture it for you.
