“2,362 Days” Stone Barn Wedding {Amy & Will}
Set in the glorious surroundings in the middle of the Cotswolds we were delighted to have been chosen for capture Amy and Will’s Stone Barn Wedding.
Starting the day, we met up with the Bride and Groom as they both got ready in the same Hotel, the Cotswolds Gateway Hotel, Amy in room 7 and Will in room 14. They both got ready in a nice calm atmosphere, where the other big topic of the day was the weather, specifically the heat. Today was set to be the hottest day of the year, with temperatures reaching 32°C, almost 90°Fahrenheit.
When Will was ready and helped Usher the transport into position, just outside the Hotel, he and his Best Men and Ushers and a couple of close friends went in the Limo to the venue. Champagne was served and there was lots of merriment all-round.
He arrived to be greeted by family and friends all with hand fans to keep themselves cool. Meanwhile the Limo headed back to collect Amy and her Bridal Party. Will, headed outside under the arbour and got into position and waited to see his beautiful Bride.
Amy arrived and walked down the grassy aisle with her Father. After a few tears, vows, promises and a reading, the couple were wed and they celebrated with Champagne and a confetti line.
After a few formal photos, the couple then made their way into their wedding breakfast, where Beef was served and each table was assigned a carver – to much merriment. After the two-course meal was cleared, we then headed into the speeches. Again a few tears and poignant words were heartfelt to all.
The couple then headed into the evening with friends and family as they took to the dance floor and sang to each other their first dance.
Thank you for letting us capture your day!
