“Keys and Locks” Priston Mill Wedding {Nicola & James}

What a day it was as we captured the very special coming together of two wonderful people at the quite beautiful Priston Mill Wedding venue.

We started the day as Jonathan and I (Ben) went to visit the Groom and Bride separately. Nicola was in a beautiful apartment in the very heart of old Bath Centre. After Nicola was ready she showed off her beautiful dress to her Father and Bridesmaids, tears were shed and smiles (plus champagne) were flowing.

James was getting ready at the Hilton Hotel in Bristol and once James was ready he and his Ushers and Best man headed over to the Tythe Barn at Prison Mill in a couple of taxis. He and his Best man greeted everyone, friends and family and got into position to welcome the Bridal Party.

After a wonderful and emotional ceremony, with promises and vows and a couple of fabulous readings, and a few tears, the couple were wed and they celebrated with a kiss and a walk through a confetti shower.

Canapés and music were flowing during their reception, much laughter and merriment. The light was beautiful in the evening so we couldn’t resist taking the couple for a quick walk and photos (with the fabulous photographer Noel Deasington) to the wild fields opposite the Tythe Barn.

The couple then welcomed their evening guests and headed back into the venue to cut the cake and perform the first dance with their friend helming the band.
